Orcoda (ASX: ODA) has signed a multi-year workforce logistics and facilities management contract with Wellcamp Accommodation, an affiliated company of Wagner Corporation.

The contract—which covers services at Wagner Corporation’s Wellcamp Business Park in Toowoomba, Queensland—will be delivered through Orcoda’s flagship Contractor360 platform.

Based on current workforce projections provided by Wagner, Orcoda estimates the agreement will generate approximately $8 million per annum over the contract term.

Orcoda subsidiary Orcoda Resource Logistics will provide workforce logistics and facilities management services at Wellcamp from 1 July 2026, with the agreement expected to run until 30 June 2029.

Contract fees will be calculated monthly based on actual workforce occupancy levels at Wellcamp, meaning revenue will vary with the number of workers accommodated during the term.

Contractor360 Anchors Delivery

Orcoda will deliver the contract using Contractor360, its patented platform designed to connect site teams, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers through a single system.

The platform automates and optimises workforce mobilisation processes across onboarding, accommodation, rostering, site access and compliance verification.

Orcoda has recently modernised Contractor360 as an AI-led solution incorporating conversational AI, workflow automation, and real-time operational monitoring.

The company considers the platform suited to large projects where workforce movement, housing, compliance, and site access require close co-ordination.

Important New Partnership

Managing director and chief executive officer Patrick Bodegraven said the contract represented an important partnership with Wagner Corporation.

“We are excited to partner with the Wagner Corporation,” Mr Bodegraven said.

“This contract validates Contractor360’s proven capability, while generating significant revenue for Orcoda.”

“The construction, mining, and resources sectors represent potential future markets for Orcoda to provide Contractor360 as a standalone offering, or as part of a larger solution where Orcoda also provides facilities management services.”
